My Culinary Musings....

Hello....  
I can't believe I have my own little space here!!  I have always wanted to start a blog ever since I laid my eyes on it for the first time….. But have been very nervous about it.  But, today, Saturday August 20th, on the wee hours of the morning, when sleep completely eluded me, thought should go ahead and finally start one. 

I am one of those people who belong to the “I love to cook” genres.  So, I am going to show all my recipes frame by frame for all the creative cooks out there.  I do not believe in precise measurements, so shall try my level best to avoid it and eyeball everything…. But if you do need measures of anything…pen me a few lines about your queries and doubts…will try my best to oblige! 

Everyone seems to have a blog…the cyberspace seems to be pleasantly, thickly populated with those, so what will I bring to the table, I wonder!!!  It dawns on me…hey why not start a journal and a blog both rolled into one … so here goes… you will find, mostly my recipes, ramblings, other people’s recipes, lots of pictures and I hope to provide a glimpse of irresistible food fest right here at  Exotic Palates!

    I can't believe I have this writing of mine up!! My kids are might thrilled...more than me...now off to some serious business....shall we see what I mused about yesterday?????

    Yeah, It asked for a google account detail, which I gave; Bingo, I posted my comment. And, yes its a gr8 idea to post recipes in frames!very easy to grasp and try out!

    Creative cuisine has always captured my attention and held it to the last. Admittedly, my inveterate inertia has dragged me away from experimenting with cooking adventures, and I have my wife to back my claim of completely lackadaisical and apathetic attitude towards the kitchen chores.

    Every now and then, my feigned enthusiasm, in learning to brew or cook something, will try to raise its beautiful head, but my ominous ohms of resistance will obstruct it (the enthusiasm) and literally knock it on its head.

    Hence it gives me great pleasure to say that I adore and admire Anu's assiduous attempts at carving a niche for herself in the world of epicurean tastes under the banner-EXOTIC PALATES. You go Anu!
